A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine Called PF-07799544 in People With Advanced Solid Tumors
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn the safety and effects of the study medicine (PF-07799544) administered as a single agent and in combination with other study medications in people with solid tumors. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor for which the available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799544. PF-07799544 comes as a tablet to take by mouth daily (initially 2 times per day, but this could change to once daily or another frequency). Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive another ...

A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine Called PF-07799933 in People With Advanced Solid Tumors With BRAF Alterations.
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called PF-07799933) administered as a single agent and in combination with other study medicines (called binimetinib) in people with solid tumors. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor with a certain type of abnormal gene called "BRAF" and available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799933. PF-07799933 comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive...

A Study to Observe How Adolescent Patients With Severe Atopic Dermatitis Despite Less Extensive Skin Lesions (Eczema Area and Severity Index Score < 16) Respond to Dupilumab Treatment
In adolescents treated with dupilumab, clinical trials showed significant improvement of atopic dermatitis (AD) signs and symptoms, with a good safety profile. In these clinical trials, only patients with Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) score greater than or equal to (≥) 16 were enrolled, and effectiveness on sensitive/visible areas was not specifically evaluated. Further data about the effectiveness of dupilumab in adolescent participants with moderate to mild EASI score and severe itching and/or localized AD are therefore necessary to better understand the potential clinical benefits of dupilumab in these populations. This...

A Study to Test Whether Spesolimab Helps People With a Skin Disease Called Netherton Syndrome
This study is open to people with a skin disease called Netherton syndrome (NS). People can join the study if they are 12 years and older. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called spesolimab helps people with NS. Participants are divided into a spesolimab and a placebo group. Placebo injections look like spesolimab injections but do not contain any medicine. Every participant has a 2 in 3 chance of being in the spesolimab group. In the beginning, participants get the study medicine as an injection into a vein. Afterwards, they get it as an injection under the skin every month. After 4 months, participants...

A Trial to See if the Combination of Fianlimab With Cemiplimab Works Better Than Pembrolizumab for Preventing or Delaying Melanoma From Coming Back After it Has Been Removed With Surgery
This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined) compared with an approved medication called pembrolizumab. The objective of this study is to see if the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is an effective treatment compared to pembrolizumab in patients that have had melanoma removal surgery but are still at high risk for the recurrence of the disease. Pembrolizumab is an approved treatment in some countries in this clinical setting. The...

Autologous Stem Cell Transplant (ASCT) for Autoimmune Diseases
A subset of autoimmune diseases (ADs) in children and young adults are life-threatening and unresponsive to conventional treatments. In these patients, the delivery of high dose immunosuppressive therapy followed by autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) offers a treatment strategy capable of purging the pathogenic, autoreactive immune system and an opportunity for "immune reset." This strategy has been used in adults across a myriad of indications with evidence for efficacy. This study proposes a pilot study to evaluate this therapeutic strategy in children and young adults with systemic sclerosis (SSc) and systemic lupus...

Axial Involvement in Psoriatic Arthritis Cohort
This is a multinational multicenter cross-sectional study in patients with a definite diagnosis of PsA. The population of interest will consist of 400 adult patients diagnosed with PsA and fulfilling the classification criteria for PsA and not receiving biological or targeted synthetic disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (b or tsDMARDs). Participating rheumatologists are encouraged to include consecutive PsA patients not treated with biologic or a targeted synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drug because of their potential impact on active inflammatory changes in the axial skeleton, which will be the focus of the current...

B7-H3-Specific Chimeric Antigen Receptor Autologous T-Cell Therapy for Pediatric Patients With Solid Tumors (3CAR)
3CAR is being done to investigate an immunotherapy for patients with solid tumors. It is a Phase I clinical trial evaluating the use of autologous T cells genetically engineered to express B7-H3-CARs for patients ≤ 21 years old, with relapsed/refractory B7-H3+ solid tumors. This study will evaluate the safety and maximum tolerated dose of B7-H3-CAR T cells. The purpose of this study is to find the maximum (highest) dose of B7-H3-CAR T cells that are safe to give to patients with B7-H3-positive solid tumors. Primary objective To determine the safety of one intravenous infusion of autologous, B7-H3-CAR T cells in patients (≤...
