A Study to Learn About Abrocitinib Tablets in People With Atopic Dermatitis in India
The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and how well the study medicine (called Abrocitinib) works for the potential treatment of moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis (AD) in India. AD, also known as atopic eczema, is a chronic, relapsing skin condition characterized by dry, itchy skin lesions which can affect any part of the body. Adult peoples who participate in this study will take either 100 mg or 200 mg of abrocitinib tablets by mouth for a duration of 12 weeks and adolescents will take for duration of 52 weeks. Knee Magnetic Resonance Imagine (MRI) will be done on adolescent peoples to determine bone...

B7H3 CAR T Cell Immunotherapy for Recurrent/Refractory Solid Tumors in Children and Young Adults
This is a phase I, open-label, non-randomized study that will enroll pediatric and young adult research participants with relapsed or refractory non-CNS solid tumors to evaluate the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of administering T cell products derived from the research participant's blood that have been genetically modified to express a B7H3-specific receptor (chimeric antigen receptor, or CAR) that will target and kill solid tumors that express B7H3. On Arm A of the study, research participants will receive B7H3-specific CAR T cells only. On Arm B of the study, research participants will receive CAR T cells directed at B7H3 and...

C7R-GD2.CART Cells for Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Neuroblastoma and Other GD2 Positive Cancers (GAIL-N)
This study is for patients with neuroblastoma, sarcoma, uveal melanoma, breast cancer, or another cancer that expresses a substance on the cancer cells called GD2. The cancer has either come back after treatment or did not respond to treatment. Because there is no standard treatment at this time, patients are asked to volunteer in a gene transfer research study using special immune cells called T cells. T cells are a type of white blood cell that helps the body fight infection. The body has different ways of fighting infection and disease. No single way seems perfect for fighting cancers. This research study combines two different...

Can Vitamin D Supplementation in the First Year of Life Prevent Food Allergy in Infants? The VITALITY Trial: Parts 1&2
We report that Australia has the highest prevalence of Immunoglobulin(Ig)E-mediated food allergy in the world, with 10% of infants having challenge-proven food allergy in Melbourne. There has been a 5-fold increase in hospital admissions for life-threatening anaphylaxis. These changes are most pronounced in children less than 5 years, suggesting a causal role for early life determinants. We have primary data to inform hypotheses for the rise in food allergy, which appears to result from potentially modifiable factors related to the modern lifestyle, particularly Vitamin D insufficiency (VDI). We propose an intervention study to ...

Cardio Renal Effects of SGLT2 Inhibitors Among Lupus Nephritis Patients
This study aims to assess sodium glucose linked transoprter inhibitors(SGT2i) role in regression of ongoing kidney and cardiac diseases among lupus nephritis patient either diabetic or non-diabetic under different immunosuppressive therapy. The main objective of this study is to: To compare use of sodium glucose linked transoprter inhibitors (SGLT2i) versus standard care in regression of chronic kidney disease in patient with lupus nephritis (LN). To study the safety and efficacy of this drug group with use of immunosuppression and possible interaction. Patients with an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) >30...

Cardiovascular Risk and Chronic Inflammatory Rheumatism
Chronic inflammatory rheumatism and inflammation can increase the risk of cardiovascular problems. Indeed, these diseases can increase the risk of myocardial infarction. The objective of this project is a better understanding and preventing the risk of cardiovascular problems in chronic inflammatory rheumatism through the study on the long-term flexibility of the arteries, blood markers of cardiovascular risk and muscle mass.
