Effisayil™ ON: A Study to Test Long-term Treatment With Spesolimab in People With Generalized Pustular Psoriasis Who Took Part in a Previous Study
This study is open to people with generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP). People can only take part if they have completed treatment in a previous study with spesolimab (1368-0013 or 1368-0027). The goal of this study is to find out how well people with GPP tolerate long-term treatment with spesolimab. The study also tests whether spesolimab helps improve GPP symptoms and how quickly the symptoms improve after a flare-up. Every participant gets spesolimab for almost 5 years (252 weeks). Depending on their symptoms and whether they had a GPP flare during the previous trial, they get spesolimab every few weeks. When...

Eucrisa for Atopic Dermatitis
Patients with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis will be asked to participate in helping the study team determine how well the medication works for atopic dermatitis. Participants will not be told that adherence will be monitored. Patients will be dispensed topical crisaborole 2% ointment (Eucrisa®) in a medication tube fitted with a Medication Event Monitoring System (MEMS) cap if they agree to participate. This cap records dates and times the bottle is opened and this data can be downloaded and tabulated with the associated software. Investigators and subjects will be blinded to the adherence data until the final treatment (12...

Evaluate the Efficacy of Using Modified Qing-Ying Decoction in Atopic Dermatitis Children
The study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the modified Qing-Ying Decoction (mQYD) for the treatment of subacute and chronic atopic dermatitis (AD) in children when compared to the placebo control through examining the clinical symptoms, quality of life, gut microbiome, and Chinese medicine body constitution. This is a parallel, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind clinical trial. Eligible subjects will be randomly allocated to receive oral mQYD granules or it's placebo granules. Subjects will have 12-week of treatment, and then a 4-week follow-up.

Evaluation of an Adapted Formula on Atopic Dermatitis.
The aim of this study is to show the efficiency of a new infant formula containing fiber on the management of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis.

Evaluation of a Novel CT-On-Rails or Trilogy Stereotactic Spine Radiotherapy System (SSRS)
The goal of this clinical research study is to find out if stereotactic spine radiotherapy is safe and effective in the treatment of metastatic spine tumors. The feasibility of this type of treatment will be studied as will any side effects related to the treatment. The precision and accuracy of the CT-on-rails will also be studied.

Evaluation of Biomarkers of Atopic Dermatitis in Pediatric Patients (PEDISTAD BIOMARKER STUDY)
Primary Objective: To explore associations between biomarkers of atopic dermatitis (AD) and: - Disease state and time course of AD, - Disease state and evolution of selected atopic comorbid conditions, - Effectiveness of specific AD treatments.

Evaluation of Groin Lymphadenectomy Extent For Metastatic Melanoma
BACKGROUND: Spread of metastatic melanoma to the groin lymph nodes (LN) is a common event affecting about 350 people a year in Australia. Globally it has been shown that patients with involved groin LN, without proven pelvic LN disease on imaging receive 1 of 3 management strategies in equal proportions - inguinal lymphadenectomy (IL); ilio-inguinal lymphadenectomy (I-IL); or variable use of either depending on circumstances. Different experts have strong and polarised opinions favouring either IL or more extensive I-IL with existing cases series reporting conflicting data on best cancer outcomes. No high level evidence proves which...

Examination of Clinical and Laboratory Abnormalities in Patients With Defective DNA Repair: Xeroderma Pigmentosum, Cockayne Syndrome, or Trichothiodystrophy
Four rare genetic diseases, xeroderma pigmentosum (XP), Cockayne syndrome (CS), the XP/CS complex and trichothiodystrophy (TTD) have defective DNA excision repair although only XP has increased cancer susceptibility. We plan to perform careful clinical examination of selected patients with XP, XP/CS, CS, or TTD and follow their clinical course. We will obtain tissue (skin, blood, hair, buccal swabs) for laboratory examination of DNA repair and for genetic analysis. We hope to be able to correlate these laboratory abnormalities with the clinical features to better understand the mechanism of cancer prevention by DNA repair. Patients will ...
