Background: Retinal hemangioblastoma (RH) is a tumor. It grows from the retina in the eye. It can threaten a person s vision. Trans-scleral cryotherapy is used to destroy the tumors and minimize the long-term risks of vision loss. RH is a rare condition, often occurring in people with von Hippel-Lindau disease. Safety and Efficacy of Pembrolizumab Compared to Placebo in Resected High-risk Stage II Melanoma (MK-3475-716/KEYNOTE-716)
This 2-part study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) compared to placebo in participants with surgically resected high-risk Stage II melanoma. Participants in Part 1 will receive either pembrolizumab or placebo in a double-blind design every 3 weeks (Q3W) for up to 17 cycles/~1 year (each cycle = 21 days). Participants who complete the initial treatment of 17 cycles of pembrolizumab in Part 1 and experience disease recurrence may be eligible for re-challenge with pembrolizumab at the same dose and schedule of 200 mg Q3W (21-day cycles) for up to 35 cycles (up to ~2 years) in Part 2 in an open label design. ...

Self-Assembled Skin Substitute for the Treatment of Epidermolysis Bullosa
Single patient study. Patient diagnosed with dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa presenting chronic open wounds that are not responding to dressings, topical preparations (antimicrobials, antibiotics) and systemic agents (anti-inflammatory antibacterials). The aim of this exploratory study is to investigate the short- and long-term efficacy and tolerability of a cosmetic product combination consisting of a body lotion and an intensive care product in subjects with atopic eczema over 3 months of use. Special Drug Use-results Survey to Evaluate Safety and Efficacy of Cosentyx in Pediatric Patients With PsV, PsA, or GPP
This is a multicenter, centrally registered observational study without a control group. This observational study is a specified drug use-results survey conducted under GPSP to collect information on safety and efficacy during the observation period (52 weeks after the start of treatment with this drug) in pediatric patients with psoriasis vulgaris, psoriatic arthritis, or pustular psoriasis who received this drug.

Steroid-reducing Effects of Crisaborole
Atopic dermatitis, or eczema, is a chronic skin condition affecting many children. Crisaborole is a non-steroid topical medication which is FDA approved for children aged 2 and older for eczema. This research study seeks to investigate whether crisaborole reduces topical steroid use in children with atopic dermatitis.

Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of TheraClearX on Mitigating Mild to Moderate Acne
The goal of this clinical trial is to further substantiate the effectiveness and safety of TheraClearX as a stand-alone treatment of mild to moderate acne in healthy teenagers and adults ages 12-40 over the course of 7 weeks. Participants will be asked to have TheraClearX treatments weekly for 6 sessions, attend a follow up appointment 2 weeks after the 6th session, have photos taken of their face and answer questionnaires related to their acne.
