Team-Based Connected Health (TCH) to Improve Clinical Outcomes and Access in Atopic Dermatitis
This is a pragmatic, randomized, controlled, equivalency trial. This 12-month trial will evaluate the impact of an online, team-based connected health (TCH) model for management of atopic dermatitis (AD) as compared to in-person care. 300 patients will be randomly assigned to the online TCH model or the in-person control arm. This pragmatic, randomized trial will compare AD disease severity (Aim 1), quality-of-life and access-to-care measures (Aim 2), and costs (Aim 3) between the two models.

This is a randomized, double-blind and vehicle-controlled Phase III study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of topical TMB-001 0.05% ointment for the treatment of CI in subjects with either the RXLI or ARCI subtypes. The PEBBLES Study - Testing a Strategy for Preventing Eczema and Food Allergy in High Risk Infants
This is a phase III, single blind (outcome assessor is blinded), randomised controlled multicentre trial of the effect of EpiCeram emollient for improving and maintaining skin barrier function and reducing incidence of eczema and food allergy in high risk infants. A total of 760 participants with a first degree family history of allergic disease (asthma, eczema, allergic rhinitis or food allergy) will be recruited (380 each group) from maternity wards of three hospitals.

This phase II pediatric MATCH trial studies how well tipifarnib works in treating patients with solid tumors that have recurred or spread to other places in the body (advanced), lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders, that have a genetic alteration in the gene HRAS. Tipifarnib may block the growth of cancer cells that have specific genetic changes in a gene called HRAS and may reduce tumor size.
